Three Organizers that Deliver in the Kitchen

I’ve been organizing kitchens frequently this summer. Over and over the same “go to” organizing tools are coming in handy.

I have only one requirement when I organize kitchens–everything you use needs to be where you can see it and access it. My favorite organizing tools will deliver!

These handled baskets are fantastic to use in the kitchen cabinets. They are especially useful on the upper shelves. The handle is easy to grab and the basket can corral small items like snack packs, spices, and vitamins. You name it and this basket delivers. Whenever possible I like to label it. The label makes it easy for you and anyone else to locate what they need.

2. Round and round – Lazy Susan – Available in the housewares section of big box stores.

The lazy susan isn’t just for sharing condiments on the dining table. Lazy susans are useful everywhere…in kitchen cabinets for bottles of oil and vinegar, in linen closets for bottles of pills and medicines…and don’t forget the refrigerator as this picture shows, the lazy susan makes reaching into the back of the fridge a thing of the past.

I really like these acrylic drawer organizers. They come in a variety of sizes and depths although I generally find the 2″ deep organizers to be the most universal. These organizers can be used in a variety of kitchen drawers to organize utensils and cooking tools as well as junk drawers.

Organizing tools do not need to be fancy or expensive.  These three tools really deliver great organization to your kitchen–cheaply and easily.
